Delivery and Collections 

Here at Abrahams Aquatics we pride ourselves on delivering goods UK Mainland wide on time and in pristine condition. 

Working with our courier partner DX Express we over next day before 1pm arrive on all fish up to 25kg box for £30.00 per box. Each of our boxes are insulated and contain the appropriate heat pack(s). This service is subject to weather conditions and other terms and conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions section. Livestock deliveries are Monday to Thursdays only.   Abrahams Aquatics dry goods delivery is sent via Royal mail, and DX Express 1st class services. 

Collections are free from the store via appointment only. Please check out our opening times and days on our home page. 

Please note: Under extreme weather conditions collections and delivery may be restricted or postponed until deemed safe to do so. Abrahams Aquatics will keep all customers informed of this event. Low temperatures below 5 degree centigrade will deem UK Mainland delivery service for livestocks, Livegoods being temporarily stopped under safety grounds. This does not affect dry goods delivery. 

Terms and Conditions 

  • All stocks listed are correct at time of listing 
  • Sizes are not guaranteed only used as a guide reference 
  • All stock are inclusive of Taxes and VAT 
  • Abrahams Aquatics are fully licensed by Colchester City Council LN/00011381 
  • Deliveries and Collections items once left store are not guaranteed by the store, these are responsible by customer and the delivery parties. 
  • All customer rights and store rights are reserved in accordance with current Trading Standards Right Acts. 
  • Strictly no reservations on stock 
  • Missed appointments or delivery slot are the customer responsibility cost to store maybe recuperated from customer and customer costs.  
  • We can not take any livestocks or drygoods back to store once purchased and left our store.  

The Home of Aquatics 

Pre-orders 

  • Pre-order from Abrahams Aquatics, this service is for stocks that are listed as sold out, some of our items we maybe able to order in on top of our regular orders.
  • This service can take between 10-20 working days to arrive to our store, will require quarantine and health check before arranging collection or delivery to you. 
  • Full traceable with receipts for all orders. 
  • Orders must be paid in full and with us before 5pm Wednesdays.
